1 head of cauliflower
1/2 package cream cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Steam cauliflower until very soft, then mash
add cream cheese and salt and pepper
You can add any kind of soft cheese!
Serve with a simple roast

in a large casserole dish put
15 baby red potatoes cut in 1/2 or 1/4 if they are large ones
1 small zuccini cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red pepper cut into chunks
1/2 onion cut into chunks
1 whole garlic clove smashed with the paper removed
a dash of salt and pepper
a drizzle of olive oil
Fresh Herbs from the garden~ I will use rosemary and parsley today~
Mix and Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes~
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup yogurt (I like Nancy's because its low in sugar)
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons vanilla soy protein powder
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend away!
If you want you can add wheat germ or ground flax.
If you are out of strawberries you can use bananas
or any other frozen fruit.
