Garden Herb Potatoes


in a large casserole dish put
15 baby red potatoes cut in 1/2 or 1/4 if they are large ones
1 small zuccini cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red pepper cut into chunks
1/2 onion cut into chunks
1 whole garlic clove smashed with the paper removed
a dash of salt and pepper
a drizzle of olive oil
top with
Fresh Herbs from the garden~ I will use rosemary and parsley today~
Mix and Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes~
